We have packaged up our Pocket Mangofile so you can try out for yourself how useful this may be to you.

All you need is your own USB device, pen, stick, whichever you may prefer to call it, and install. We would advise a minimum USB size of 4GB to get some real sizable data on to it.

4GB will hold roughly 150,000 pages, based on the accepted standard; 200dpi, black and white, single sided A4 scan.

There are no time restraints on this demo, so it won’t fall over and stop working after the usual 14 or 30 day period, but instead you are allowed to index up to 5 records.

This download is for software content only and will not include any hardware i.e. we aren’t about to send any freebie USB pens out just yet.

Our Mangofile demo product gives a full operating look and feel as the full Personal Plus product we offer. The only limit we have put in place is, not a time as many do, but the number of records you can store, this limit is 5.

What does this mean exactly? Mangofile uses an indexing system for every document or batch of document saved within the system, this index is a set of fields that you as a user can define. Every time you fill out the index and save the document(s) away, this will count towards one of the 5 saved records allocated for the demo.
