Our Mangofile demo product gives a full operating look and feel as the full Workgroup product we offer, allowing you to set up the system over a business network, three (3) installed instances of Mangofile with three (3) different configured.The only limit we have put in place is, not a time as many do, but the number of records you can store, this limit is 5.

What does this mean exactly? Mangofile uses an indexing system for every document or batch of document saved within the system, this index is a set of fields that you as a user can define. Every time you fill out the index and save the document(s) away, this will count towards one of the 5 saved records allocated for the demo.
